How To Improve Your Time Management

I am always someone who is trying to do way to much in only 24 hours of a day. In case you are curious, I have decided to do something about this chronic issue of never having enough time – I have already added myself to the waiting list of an inter-planet move, I leave just as soon as they discover a planet that is both livable and has more than 24 hours in a day.

[This post contains ads] I have partenered with the Ultimate Bundles team to bring you this amazing Ultimate Productivity Bundle! These resources will help us all gain a little calm and balance in our otherwise chaotic and overbusy lives (without having to move to a new planet for more hours in the day!)…

So, lets look at how I am going to use this resource to help me get my life scheduled and goal driven again…

1 – Create Family And Personal Goals

I would say that one of the major slip ups in my time management is not having any goals. I mean, yes, it would seem that ‘get kids in bed without a fight’ may not be big enough to write down, but some evenings that seems to be all I am focused on.

However, when I stop and think about and write down every goal we as a family needs to have during the week and each day, I find myself being able to minimize the bedtime fight, so that we can get everything done we need to do. Included in this bundle are these 2 goal-setting resources that I am going to be using –

  • Driven Women, Grace-Based Productivity for Christians by Phylicia Masonheimer (regular $98.00) The Driven Women Productivity Course is a grace-based, biblical approach to time management that teaches you how to develop routines and habits that fit YOUR personality and lifestyle.
  • Goal Setting 101: How to Set Goals as an Absolute Beginner by Nadalie Bardo (regular $49.99) Goal Setting 101 is an 8-lesson eCourse that teaches you exactly how to set achievable goals.

Oh, and remember the TOTAL price of the bundle is only $49. You are saving sooo much money just for these 2 items, but the whole bundle is valued at over $1500!!

2 – Change How Chores Are Done

One problem I have created in my home is that I always do all the chores. It seems to be easier han trying to createa chore chart or ask for help. I know, it isn’t best and it creates alot of stress and bitterness for myself. I am literally sitting down with the “Family Chore System and Planner” from the Ultimate Bundle this week and the family is going to start helping me (well, us, right? We all contribute to this mess…). The printable charts that are included in the bundle will really help us stay organized with it as well.

3 – Focus On Mental Health

When we allow chaos and forget our limits, it is because we stopped focusing on taking care of our health. For me, I get very anxious, upset and irrational when I am not taking care of myself. When I get like this, I get even less done. That’s why I am using these 2 items from the bundle to help me relax and heal meantally, emotionally so that the time I DO have can be used better.

  • Thrive with Chronic Illness Planner + Journal by Tanya at Mom’s Small Victories (originally $17.00) Designed to help chronic illness patients manage their time and energy, break down their goals, and work to improve their physical and emotional health.
  • The Breaking Barriers Challenge by Lindsay Preston (originally $47.00) The 5-day program that will teach you how to break through the barriers that are stopping you from confidently stepping into your BEST LIFE!

So… as of now, this bundle is only $49. It includes –

Time Management (5 of products worth $132.98)
